Emily has welcomed the twins with fellow reality star Cam Holmes.
Emily, who shared her twins’ gender in May, was booked in for a C-section, which she said at the time was “the safest option for all of us”.
The 32-year-old previously admitted she felt ‘very overwhelmed’ by the last trimester and had been trying to “push through all the pain and sleepless nights”.
She revealed: “It’s just upsetting that giving birth how I would have liked has been taken out my hands once again.”

Emily, who had wanted a natural birth, accused the consultant of being too “abrupt and harsh” with her and claimed she was trying to “scare her into” having a C-section.
She recently shared the sad news that doctors had told her she’d likely been initially pregnant with triplets.
She also revealed she has been rushed to hospital due to her “iron levels being dangerously low” from morning sickness.
The mum-of-three had wanted a natural birth with her first-born Reggie, but was forced to had an emergency C-section.
This time, she was “adamant that that was not going to happen” again.
The pair met on Too Hot To Handle in 2021 and are already parents to their two-year-old son.

After finding love on the Netflix show, they revealed they were expecting a baby on New Year’s Day in 2024.
The couple – who moved in together only a month after the hit TV show came to a close – were the only pair to survive the real world from their series of the sizzling Netflix show.
That same year, Cam and Emily exclusively revealed to The Jattvibe that they had been “inseparable” since their TV debut.
However, the duo hit a rocky patch and went their separate ways for a short while after Emily caught Cam “cheating” when she was away in Thailand.
