Trump wrote on Truth Social that he will launch a “full, large scale assault of Iran, on a moment’s notice, in the event that an acceptable Deal is not reached”.
He said talks will lead to a deal “which will be very acceptable to the United States of America, as well as all Countries in the Middle East, and beyond”.
The US president stressed: “This Deal will include, importantly, NO NUCLEAR WEAPONS FOR IRAN!”
He said he was pausing strikes after requests from the Emir of Qatar, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia and the President of the United Arab Emirates.

‘CLOCK IS TICKING’

It comes after Trump threatened that Iran knows “what’s going to be happening soon”, adding that he’s “not open” to backing down on anything to make a peace deal with the rogue nation.
The US President had said “there won’t be anything left” of the regime if its leaders don’t move fast to make a deal to end the war.
Trump told the New York Post in an interview today: “I can tell you they want to make a deal more than ever, because they know we’re-, what’s going to be happening soon.”
He said he wouldn’t be conceding anything to Iran – when asked about if he would accept a 20-year pause on Iranian uranium enrichment, he told the Post: “I’m not open to anything right now.”
The president wouldn’t give further details, saying: “I can’t really talk to you about it.”
He hinted that there was action behind the scenes, adding: “Too many things are happening.”
Peace talks between Washington and Tehran have stalled in recent weeks, as a fragile temporary ceasefire is stretched to its very limits in the Strait of Hormuz.
The US president was set to meet his top national security team in the situation room on Tuesday to discuss military options for Iran, sources told Axios.
Trump was plotting another round of military strikes against the rogue state and his aides have already drafted plans – these are now on hold.
He threatened on Truth Social: “For Iran, the Clock is Ticking, and they better get moving, FAST, or there won’t be anything left of them.

“TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE!”
The US president posted a mocked-up image at the weekend showing him surrounded by warships as lighting strikes down from ominous clouds.
In the foreground, Trump points at the camera in Lord Kitchener style – he is flanked by a decorated US naval chief.
He then posted an even stranger AI image, captioned “Space Force”, showing him pressing a terrifying big red button.
The president reiterated that Iran’s latest peace offer was unacceptable and has been unequivocal about his demands that the rogue nation relinquishes all nuclear ambitions.
“I looked at it, and if I don’t like the first sentence I just throw it away,” he told reporters aboard Air Force One on Friday.
If Trump resumes strikes, it could include more aggressive blitzes on Iranian military and infrastructure targets in a bid to free the flashpoint Strait of Hormuz.
It comes as Iran has unveiled plans to impose fees on ships passing through the embattled shipping lane.
