A Delhi tribunal connected Saturday declared UK-based arms advisor Sanjay Bhandari a fugitive economical offender connected an Enforcement Directorate plea, officials said.

The peculiar tribunal issued the bid nether the Fugitive Economic Offenders Act, 2018.
According to the ED, Bhandari “absconded” to the UK successful 2016. India's plea seeking his extradition was precocious turned down by a UK court.
The ED filed a transgression lawsuit of wealth laundering against Bhandari and others successful February 2017, taking cognisance of an Income Tax section complaint expanse filed against him nether the anti-black wealth instrumentality of 2015.
The bureau filed a complaint expanse against him successful 2020.
