In fact, Kai donned the Scot’s iconic blue shirt for a wholesome reason.
He took to Instagram on Friday night to share a snap of himself wearing a shirt with Fletcher on the back.
But it wasn’t an homage to Red Devils legend and ex-Scotland star Darren.
It was a show of support to his United youth team team-mate Tyler, who was a late call-up to Steve Clarke‘s side.

Kai and Tyler’s dads, of course, played together for several years at Old Trafford.
They won a litany of trophies together – 13 to be precise.
Fletcher was an unused substitute as the Scots suffered a 1-0 defeat to Morocco in their second World Cup match.
