CHELSEA winger Mykhailo Mudryk has seen his four-year ban from football end early, ahead of the new season.
The Blues signed Mudryk from under the noses of Arsenal in January 2023, but his first spell with the club failed to live up to expectations.

The 25-year-old had scored 10 times in 73 appearances for the Blues, prior to being banned in 2024.
The £80million winger shared a number of training clips on his social media platforms throughout the ban, but new manager Xabi Alonso will be boosted by the ending of the ban.

When can Mykhailo Mudryk play for Chelsea, and when was his last appearance?
After being banned in 2024, he is now available to play immediately for the Blues, and has joined the squad in Hong Kong.
Mykhailo Mudryk has not played for Chelsea since a 2-0 win in the Conference League against Heidenheim.
The Ukrainian winger was an unused substitute three days later in a 3-0 win over Aston Villa, the last time he was allowed to play.
The 25-year-old is set to be a part of Xabi Alonso’s squad, as they prepare to take on Juventus in pre-season.
Why was Mykhailo Mudryk banned from playing football?
Mykhailo Mudryk was panned for four years for a positive test of meldonium, a banned cardiovascular substance.
He tested positive for the substance while with Ukraine in late 2024.
Mudryk was suspended in December 2024, and formally charged in January 2025.
In January 2026, he was handed a four-year ban, but has been allowed to return to just six months later.
