Who is Trinity Rodman?
Trinity is a forward for NWSL side Washington Spirit and she is a star player for the USA women’s national team.
She has been capped 57 times by America and scored 13 goals.

Trinity scored three goals en route to winning the gold medal at the Paris Olympics.
Plus, she has twice been nominated for the women’s Ballon d’Or.
Trinity is the daughter of basketball legend Dennis Rodman and Michelle Moyer.
She was primarily raised by her mum and grew up alongside her big brother DJ, who is a basketball pro like his dad.
Trinity does not have a relationship with her father, saying “he is not a dad, maybe by blood, but nothing else.”
Dennis, widely regarded as one of the NBA’s greatest ever players, lived a party lifestyle which included an affair with Madonna, accusations of several infidelities and alcohol issues.
When filing for divorce from Trinity’s mother, Rodman allegedly owed $860,376 in child and spousal support.

How did Ben Shelton and Trinity Rodman meet?
The pair went official in 2025 after Trinity made the first move by sliding into Ben’s DMs.
They agreed to meet soon after, with Shelton flying out and spending the weekend at her house despite the pair having not previously met face-to-face.
Trinity explained: “Everything I do is just embarrassing. I’m really embarrassed.
“I said, ‘You’re sick, fire emoji,’ that’s it… It worked, he responded within ten minutes, so I win.
“I fully committed to this guy that I didn’t even meet yet, for him to stay at my house for the weekend.
“It’s actually crazy, it’s insane, but it worked out.
When asked what Shelton replied, she said: “Yeah, ‘you were sick at the Olympics, too, haha’.
“He matched the cringe situation and then I think a week or two later we met in person.”
