JPMORGAN executive Lorna Hajdini has been accused of drugging and abusing a junior employee.

Hajdini, an executive director in JPMorgan Chase’s Leveraged Finance division, allegedly admitted to drugging her co-worker with a date rape drug on multiple occasions.

The 37-year-old allegedly coerced the married banker into “non-consensual and humiliating sex acts” over a series of months, according to a lawsuit.

JPMorgan Chase has denied Doe’s claims saying an investigation found no evidence to support his allegations.

Known only as John Doe, the accuser alleges his career was threatened when he refused her advances.

The lawsuit claims Doe was given “an erection-enabling pharmaceutical substance” on at least one occasion.

He claims the alleged abuse started almost immediately after Hajdini’s appointment to a senior role in April.

One of the first claims in the New York suit comes from May 2024, as Doe alleges Hajdini dropped a pen next to his desk and rubbed his leg as she picked it up.

He accuses her of then saying to him: “Oh, you did play basketball in college?

“I love basketball players… they get me so w*t.”

The concerning advances quickly ramped up, Doe claims.

Weeks later, Doe says Hajdini invited him out for drinks to which he quickly declined.

She allegedly issued a chilling response, saying: “If you don’t f**k me soon, I’m going to ruin you.

“Never forget, I f**king own you.”

Doe claims he continued to reject any of the offers to meet outside of work but says the abuse only got worse – even turning racially driven, according to the lawsuit.

Hajdini allegedly asked to give him oral sex in the office as the legal filings claim she said: “Birthday BJ for the brown boy? My little brown boy.”

Doe accuses Hajdini of repeatedly groping him around his groin at a work social event and spitting in her hands before rubbing it over his neck and head.

The suit alleges Hajdini said during the same event: “You’re gonna need to earn it, my little Arab boy toy.”

In one alleged instance, Doe alleges Hajdini turned up to his apartment, took off her top and started touching her breasts in front of him.

He claims he again rejected her advances before she started to verbally attack him and his wife.

Doe accuses her of saying: “Do you want to get promoted at year end or not?

“Do you want a future at JPMorgan? It’s that simple. I don’t know why you’re fighting this.”

Moments later, Doe accuses his superior of forcibly removing his pants and performing oral sex on him against his will.

He says he started to cry and was again verbally abused, according to the suit.

“Stop f**king crying. You think anyone would ever believe you? You’re a f**king douche bag who thinks he’s hot s**t.

“But you can’t even get your d**k hard for me? What the f**k is this?” the lawsuit alleges Hajdini said.

He claims he was then forced to perform oral sex on the accused out of “embarrassment and humiliation”, according to the legal filings.

Over the following months, Doe claims Hajdini continued to subject him to sexual advances at work and in public.

The Jattvibe has contacted Hajdini for comment.

In May 2025, Doe delivered a written complaint to JPMorgan’s HR team detailing what he described as race and gender-based discrimination, harassment and a pattern of “severe sexual abuse”.

He claims the firm didn’t immediately respond but alleges they started retaliating against him.

The suit sees him allege he was sent anonymous threatening phone calls from individuals he believes were acting on behalf of Hajdini and others in the company.

One caller allegedly told him: “Just wait ‘till you’re back in New York, Brown boy.

“You better stay away – snitch.”

On June 9, 2025, Doe says he received a voicemail from someone claiming to be a manager at the company, telling him he wasn’t welcome back because of his skin color.

Another caller allegedly threatened to contact US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) about him and his family.

He was later reprimanded and locked out of all company systems and placed on involuntary leave.

Doe is now seeking damages for lost earnings, emotional distress and reputational harm, according to the complaint.

According to the New York Post, the document has been retracted for “corrections”.

In a statement to the outlet, Hajdini’s lawyers said: “Lorna categorically denies the allegations. She never engaged in any inappropriate conduct with this individual of any kind and has never even been to the location where the alleged sexual assault supposedly took place.”

No trial date has been set. 

A spokesman for JPMorgan Chase said in a statement to the Daily Mail: “Following an investigation, we don’t believe there’s any merit to these claims.

“While numerous employees cooperated with the investigation, the complainant refused to participate and has declined to provide facts that would be central to support his allegations.”
