FANS have been left concerned for hitmaker Post Malone after a video of him writhing on the ground and smoking a cigarette during a stadium show went viral.
The Goodbyes singer looked like he was struggling as he scrounged for his pack of cigarettes in his back pocket.

Post Malone, real name Austin sat in the corner of the stage barefoot as he puffed on the rollie, in a video on X.
The 30-year-old seemed as though he could barely stand up his back up singers and band took their places behind him.
Despite the star rolling about the floor and making a painful attempt at getting up, he later walked across the stage looking hunched over as he set his sights on banging out his next tune.
Fans went wild for the singer, holding their hands up and cheering.

But fans on X expressed their concern for Post, who has 58 awards in total – including 11 Billboard Music Awards.
One fan compared Post to Amy Winehouse on her “worst day” and claimed he looked like a “90-year-old” man.

She said: “Reminding me of Amy Winehouse on her worst day, here is Post Malone lying on the ground, lighting a cigarette.
“Then he walks around like a 90-year-old man who lost his shoes and needs a chiropractic adjustment. Should we be worried?”
Another fan penned: “He needs help.. the proof game and money isn’t everything and doesn’t bring happiness.”
A third person added: “Oh dang. I haven’t seen this. He looks awful. Maybe this is the reason that he cancelled his performances. I hope he can get some help.”
Meanwhile, some fans called his actions “fake” and “performative” for entertainment purposes.
Post Malone has previously opened up on his battle with psychedelic drug shrooms and alcohol addiction after fans feared he was doing “hard drugs.”
He said: “But then the rumour starts that I’m doing hard drugs, which I’ve never done in my entire life.
“Yeah, I take shrooms … I like shrooms. Not as much as I used to. It’s really affected my short-term memory. … Maybe it was just a stint of habitual overuse. Daily.”
Speaking on his alcohol addiction during The Howard Stern Show, Post said: “It got to a terrible point. It was to a really, really rough point and I couldn’t get up off the floor for weeks.”
He confessed he’d never got professional help but thanked the “beautiful people” around him for making him “feel like a human being again.”
The dad-of-one has since assured fans that he still remains on the right track.
Some fans claimed the clip on X had resurfaced and wasn’t a current representation of the music mega star.
