The new couple had walked over to the seating area, and the rose was nowhere in sight

As they sat chatting, Sam suddenly pulled out a pale pink rose from his outfit, leaving Namibia – and viewers – stunned.

Taking to X, one wrote: “Where did the rose from? I don’t understand.”

Another added: “Where did Sam get a rose.”

A third tweeted: “Did Sam pick that rose from a bush in the villa or something because..?”

Love Island fans work out real reason why steamy episode had FIVE snogs

As Sam sat down the rose was still not visible

Fans were baffled where he had got it from

A fourth commented: “Loool where did that rose come from?”

Later in the episode, Sam revealed to some of the other lads that he had brought the rose into the villa with him.

But when he was asked how many he had packed in his case, he smiled and refused to say.

Meanwhile, the latest recoupling lead to one girl being dumped from the villa, and two new bombshells arrive.

After all the boys chose their partners, it was revealed that Ellie, Angelista and Robyn were single and vulnerable.

The villa then received a text to reveal that two new hunky bombshells were on the way; Simba and Tommy.

Upon entering the villa, the two new boys had to instantly choose which of the three single girls they’d like to couple up with.

Simba opted to couple with Angelista while Tommy went for Ellie.

This left Robyn single and therefore dumped from the island, as the Scouse beauty had an emotional goodbye with her co-stars.

Love Island airs on ITV2 and is available on ITVX.
