Gurugram police has arrested the sixth accused in the firing incident at YouTuber Elvish Yadav’s residence in Sector 57.The arrested accused was Elvish’s business partner.Police had already arrested five accused earlier in the case.According to the police, the firing incident occurred at his house on August 17 last year.After receiving information, a police team had reached the spot, where the YouTuber’s father submitted a complaint, stating that at around 5.25 am on August 17, 2025, three unidentified assailants opened indiscriminate fire at the ground floor and first floor of their house.He stated that the incident was captured on CCTV cameras.The attackers arrived on a motorbike and opened fire, before fleeing, he added.Based on the complaint, an FIR was registered at Police Station Sector-56, Gurugram, under relevant sections of law.Acting in the case, the Crime Branch, Sector 43, arrested one accused on Friday night. The accused was identified as Bhavishya Dahiya (31), a resident of Sector 34, Jattvibecity, Rohtak, Haryana.“During police interrogation, it was revealed that Bhavishya Dahiya and Elvish Yadav were business partners. Due to a financial dispute and greed for money, the accused, along with another co-accused, allegedly conspired to execute the attack and got the crime carried out with the help of other accused persons. With this arrest, a total of six accused have been arrested in the case so far. We are questioning the accused,” said a senior police officer.
