FROM the outside Charlotte Crosby has it all – two gorgeous kids, a huge home, loving partner and endless exotic holidays.
But behind closed doors the 36-year-old is said to be having a tough time, leaving some pals deeply concerned she is reaching breaking point.

Recently, the former Geordie Shore star was forced to make the “hardest decision” to close her fashion brand Pepper Girls Club, after failing to recoup a penny of the £300k of her own money she put in.
It came just a month after she shut down another one of her business ventures – a creative space for content creation.
Insiders tell us it’s taken its toll on the star, saying: “Charlotte has worked really hard for years and it’s not just her – her whole family has been involved in her businesses.
“Her mum Letitia was running Pepper, so it’s a huge blow for all of them and it’s been a lot for Charlotte to deal with. 

“This year has been very tough for Charlotte for various reasons and she’s checked out a bit at this point.
“Her friends are worried about her. She has Jake and her family and she really does need all the support she can get right now. She is at breaking point.”
While her social media is usually very upbeat, this week Charlotte left fans concerned as she posted and then deleted about her frustrations. 
She wrote: “Throwing my phone in the bin today. Because number 1 my bathroom’s still f**ked and I’m being ignored.

“Number 2, I hate (hates a strong word let’s use dislike) EVERYONE. I’m f**king SICKKKKK OF doomscrolling utter s**t. Get me out of here I’m getting a Nokia 3210 again goodbye.”
It wasn’t her first surprising rant of the year though. She shocked with a fiery rant about ‘fake people’ back in February.
The post, which she swiftly deleted read: “Honestly. My head is about to explode if I see anymore FAKE people pulling the wool over everyone’s eyes anymore.
“I’m at tipping point. I swear this can’t go on any longer. Absolutely sooooooo sick.”

It sparked widespread speculation about who she was talking about, with insiders insisting it wasn’t about any of her former Geordie Shore co-stars.
Charlotte first launched Pepper Girls Club nine years ago – at the time she was at the height of her career and she decided to cash in on her fame after years of drunken antics on the MTV show.
But in recent years things have changed and this week the star admitted: “The reality is that the current climate has become one of the hardest times for small businesses to survive and I’ve reached the point where I have to prioritise my family, growing my family and my future projects.”

Her latest accounts for 2024 showed the company had made a loss of £147,826.

The reality star has been forced to slash her prices, with some items being sold for as little as £5.99.
T-shirts usually £19 have been reduced to even more than half price as she attempts to flog her remaining stock.
The Celebrity Big Brother winner first revealed her financial woes in September last year.
She admitted that she put £300,000 into Pepper Girls Club but hadn’t seen a penny back.
Speaking in a behind-the-scenes video to share the secrets of her company, she admitted her financial struggles have been the hardest part of running her company.

Charlotte said: “I have literally put so much money into this business. That is no word of a lie.
“I’ve put about £300,000 into this business over the last eight years. I haven’t received a penny of that back.”
She added: “The company is only in debt to me which is fine. I would love to get it to the point where I can start to get some of that money back. But it is just not there yet.”

Charlotte further revealed that she had campaigned to get investment from others to help the business but had been cruelly dismissed by potential lenders.
She recalled how one even said to her: “Their accountant told me that Pepper Girls Club would do good the day that pigs fly.”
It was a cruel comment, but unfortunately turned out to be true. 
The month before she announced that Studio Yours, which was a creative space for content creation in the North East, was also shutting down after just a couple of years. 
She added that they were planning to sell off all the furniture and production equipment to try and recoup some of the cash she had lost. 
Charlotte is unlikely to be too short on cash though – over the years she has amassed a fortune thought to be worth around £2m thanks to her telly shows and brand partnerships.
As well as Geordie Shore, Charlotte has landed a number of solo projects – including her own documentary on the BBC and then Paramount.
Her partner Jake also runs a luxury chauffeur service.
She then monetised her two pregnancies when she had daughters – Alba, now three, and Pixi, one – by filming her journey, but there’s currently no other shows in the works. 
Charlotte – who quit Geordie Shore in 2023 after heated rows with her co-stars – was also hosting Aussie Shore but quit ahead of the third series. 

In an interview with The Jattvibe earlier this year, Charlotte insisted that her priorities had simply shifted, saying: “My sense of being is different, everything just changes when you become a mum. 
“I feel like I’ve got a new direction in my life.
“I love presenting, but… my kids are still really young and I don’t want to do anything that’s going to keep us away from them when they’re so tiny. You never get these years back.”
It seems she is also toying with the idea of filming her upcoming nuptials to Jake, whom she met through mutual friends in 2021.
The pair got engaged in November 2023 following a romantic rooftop proposal in Dubai.
They are looking to marry in 2027 and are already saving up.
An insider added: “Charlotte wants a big wedding day, and even if she’s getting paid to film it – she knows it will cost a lot.
“She is now two businesses down and Jake is being the main breadwinner for the first time.
“It wouldn’t be a surprise if they put the wedding off even longer.”
It seems Charlotte has bigger things on her mind than getting down the aisle for now anyway.
