ONE Direction star Liam Payne tragically passed away in October 2024 – but we can reveal he is still making huge amounts of money from beyond the grave.
The troubled singer previously set up an unusual side hustle alongside Location, Location, Location host Kirstie Allsopp’s husband, and it nets around £6,419 profit per DAY.

The late singer, who died after falling 46ft from his third-floor hotel room balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina, set up the firm Second Way Property in 2018 alongside Ben Anderson, a property developer.
The warehouse unit – named after its location on the Second Way estate in Wembley – was purchased by Liam, Ben and two others for £2.2million in October 2018.
For the past few years, the warehouse has housed a number of different types of businesses, including a giftware supplier, “unique bags and luggage” firm, a plastic pallet business and M25 roadwork equipment.
Most recently, it has been the home of a supplier of London tourist goods, such as red phone boxes and “I love London” bus magnets.

The latest Second Way Property accounts, which were filed this week, reveal that the company’s profit was £334,728 for the financial year up to 31 March 2026.
This works out at a whopping £6,419 per day.
In addition to this, Second Way Property also has £248,111 cash in the bank and employs three people.
However, it is still saddled with a £1.175million mortgage with Santander which was taken out in 2021.

Alongside Second Way Property, Kirstie’s husband Ben also owns an upmarket estate agent called Wentworth Anderson, alongside another of Second Way Property’s directors William Wentworth-Stanley, who has links to Prince Harry’s ex Cressida Bonas.
It’s not the only business of Liam’s – who was reportedly worth £21m – to still be raking in the cash following his death two years ago.
His music firm Hampton Records Ltd has reserves of £166,039 – an increase of £74,591 from the previous year, an uplift of £91,448.
This includes £278,864 in current assets and owes zero to creditors.

Liam’s nine-year-old son is to be the sole beneficiary of the tragic singer’s £21million fortune, the High Court has agreed.
Probate documents show the One Direction star’s estate can be used immediately to “benefit” Bear Gray Payne, whose mum is former Girls Aloud star Cheryl Tweedy.
Liam, 31, did not leave a will when he fell to his death from the third floor of the Casa Sur Hotel in Buenos Aires on October 16, 2024.
Cheryl and music industry lawyer Richard Bray were named as administrators of Liam’s estate in a grant of probate issued in Newcastle last year.

But it gave them only the power to collect and preserve Liam’s assets.
The new Letters of Administration means that parts of the estate can potentially be spent to help Bear now – with the remainder required to be placed in trust for him until he is aged 18.
They value Liam’s estate at just over £21million.
It includes his five-bedroom home at Chalfont St Giles, Bucks, which he bought for £3.25million in 2021 to be closer to his son following his split from Cheryl.
Anyone seeking to make a claim against the estate of someone who dies intestate has six months to do so under probate rules.
Liam had been living with his influencer partner Kate Cassidy, 27, at the time of his death.
Sources close to her said that she does not intend to make any claim against his estate.
But under law she might have been entitled to do so.

Kate previously insisted she never asked Liam for money before it was revealed she won’t get any of his fortune.
Yet, speaking exclusively with The Jattvibe, the influencer fiercely defended her bond with Liam against haters.
She stated firmly: “So you know when people come and point a finger at me saying, ‘You took an allowance and you had living expenses,’ or whatever, at the end of the day it’s nobody’s business except for me and Liam.
“I never [asked him for money]. Yeah, it’s upsetting but it’s just about having thick skin and I’m never going to let anybody tell me how my relationship was with Liam.
“The only two people that really know how strong a relationship was are me and Liam.”
Kate also previously revealed exclusively to The Jattvibe why she left Liam in Argentina days before his death.
