As the festive season fast approaches, Asda has unveiled its Christmas selection that will be hitting shelves this week.
The retail giant is launching more than 500 products that promise an “elevated” take on beloved classics.

With Christmas party season soon upon us, it’s time to start thinking about what festive grazing you’ll be serving up.
As part of its festive rollout Asda has launched a selection of dishes to make hosting as simple as possible, including its Exceptional Charcuterie Platter, a selection of Italian and Spanish meats and the ideal accompaniment to Asda’s new Exceptional Queen Nocellara Olives.

Seafood lovers are in luck as a taste of the sea is at the heart of Asda’s festive offering.
Gorge on the Exceptional Lobster Tails with Thermidor Butter or opt for the Exception Heather Honey & Orange Smoked Salmon, traditionally smoked for over 30 hours over oak and whiskey chips – perfect for making some Christmas blinis.
Those looking to make breakfast an indulgent affair will find the Exceptional Smoked Salmon Topped Potato Rosti with Champagne Sauce, the perfect way to kick off the festivities.
Cooking a Christmas roast can be a stressful time, so to help shoppers this festive period, Asda is selling an entire roast dinner that can be cooked from frozen, including in the air fryer.
The line-up includes Potato Dauphinoise Gratins, Spiced Red Cabbage, Maple Butter Chantenay Carrots, Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Honey Roast Parsnips, and of course, the Exceptional Free Range Turkey, stuffed with a buttered shallot, pancetta and sage filling and wrapped in bacon.
For those looking to move away from the traditional turkey dinner, the supermarket giant also has a great selection of centrepiece dishes, including two in-bone meats.
Shoppers can purchase the 30-day matured Exceptional Beef Rib or the Exceptional Five Bone Pork Rib Rack – ideal for those that love some crispy crackling as part of their roast dinner.
Sweet-toothed shoppers will love the Exceptional Mirror Glaze Cheesecake, featuring a rich chocolate filling topped with salted caramel and a glossy chocolate glaze.
For a show-stopping end to the meal, opt for the Yum Yum Tower, complete with a build-your-own style kit of the sugary treats with a rich chocolate dipping sauce and festive decorations.
The retail giant has even revamped some Christmas classics as part of the festive range, including boozy Exceptional Mince Pies topped with Irish Cream or the Exceptional Chocolate & Caramel Panettone packed with milk and dark chocolate chips and a rich caramel.
