FORMER glamour model Alicia Douvall has recalled how she ended up on a London hotel bed with Sarah Ferguson – after an indecent proposal from a multi-millionaire tycoon.
Alicia — best known for her dramatic cosmetic surgery — was at a party in a Mayfair nightclub before she had the bizarre encounter with the former Duchess of York.

At the time — 2002 — Alicia was just 22 but already a fixture on the club scene of the Noughties.
Sarah Ferguson had divorced the then- Prince Andrew six years earlier.
She said: “I had a wild night out with Sarah, which came about after I received a rather indecent proposal from a businessman.
“I was partying in the VIP room of a posh Mayfair nightclub.

“The rich businessman sat down next to me and offered me Krug champagne. He chatted me up. He was very polite, very gentlemanly, very respectful and said he was there with the Duchess.
“Then he offered to dance. We went to the dance floor together and had fun. We started flirting.”
But, Alicia recalled, her dancing with the tycoon appeared to upset Sarah, who had earlier on attended a society event with him.
She said: “I had the impression that Sarah felt a little bit unhappy.

“It seemed as if she was jealous, insecure and unhappy about my presence with him.
“Shockingly, the businessman then gave me an indecent proposal to carry on partying with him after the club at a boutique hotel.
“The three of us then went back to his hotel.”
Alicia listened in shock as the millionaire whispered in her ear — but she agreed to get a cab to continue the fun.
She said: “I was happy for us to carry on the night together and I made my way to the hotel.
“I was ushered from reception to a suite. The businessman opened the door and seemed very happy to see me.
“Sarah was there, but she’d played no part in arranging my visit. We were drinking more champagne together. There was lots of champagne.
“The atmosphere was light and a lot of fun. At one point Sarah made a remark to the effect that my breasts were wonderful. It seemed as if she kept staring at them.

“That night I was wearing a black see-through dress cut to the navel. My thong was also clearly visible.
“On reflection, I was dressing to get attention. It didn’t feel flirty or in any way seedy.
“The businessman also told me I had magnificent breasts, and I remember things got quite flirty between him and me.
“At one point Sarah and I were sitting on the bed together and it seemed rather surreal. Several times Sarah wandered off whispering and giggling with the tycoon.
“I am certain that whatever they were saying was harmless but I admit that I did feel a little uncomfortable. I left the room after about an hour or so.”
Alicia recalled: “I was 22 and they were both older than me.
“I think I felt a bit overwhelmed by the situation, and I started to sober up from the champagne.
“I’ve always respected the Royal Family and been a fan. So looking back, I think that night did take a toll on me and it was a very strange and somewhat disappointing experience.

“I haven’t spoken to Fergie since, but I’ve kept up to date with what’s going on in the news, and this has brought those memories to the front of my mind.”
Alicia, now 46, had liaisons with stars including X Factor judge Simon Cowell, Simply Red’s Mick Hucknall, former EastEnder Dean Gaffney, movie actor Mickey Rourke and now-disgraced rapper P Diddy.
Her other high-profile romances include footballers John Terry and Fabien Barthez, TV personality Calum Best and singers Shaggy and Dane Bowers.
Last month The Jattvibe revealed that 66-year-old Fergie is hiding out in Austria amid calls for her to give evidence about her links to paedo financier Jeffrey Epstein, who died in a US prison in 2019.

She has yet to respond to US lawmakers’ requests for her to testify.
And it’s been claimed Fergie enjoyed her own “friends with benefits” relationship with shamed rapper Diddy, according to author Andrew Lownie.

The US star is said to have boasted about “slamming” the royal during a relationship that started in 2004 and continued for several years.
In the updated paperback edition of his Entitled book about the House of York, Lownie claims the pair regularly met at luxury hotels in Europe and Africa after being introduced at a party that was thrown by Ghislaine Maxwell in 2002.
Fergie slammed the allegations as as “blatantly untrue”.
Diddy is currently serving a prison sentence in the US after being found guilty of the crime of transportation to engage in prostitution.
During a stint on Celebrity Big Brother in 2015, Alicia revealed that she was living with footballer Dwight Yorke when he cheated on her with Katie Price.
Mum-of-two Alicia, now engaged to businessman David Anstiss, has grown from a surgery-loving party girl to owner of a natural beauty range.
She had more than 400 cosmetic procedures over the years, with the final bill running to a self-estimated £1million.
But after 18 boob jobs, 11 nose tweaks, bum implants and even having her ribs shaved down, Alicia gave up going under the knife and instead built a successful skincare brand centred around natural anti-aging.

Her father was a self-made millionaire and Tory councillor and she attended the prestigious Springfield Park School in Horsham, West Sussex.
Aged 17, and after being expelled, she had her first boob job after deciding to pursue glamour modelling because she was too short for catwalk work.
By the late 1990s she was a Page Three girl, modelling for magazines, presenting on Playboy TV and earning £5,000 a week.
She also boosted her bank balance with a 2006 appearance on Love Island, where she made a six-figure sum despite lasting just one week in the villa.
But as her fame grew, so did her addiction to cosmetic surgery — and at one point she was having an enhancement procedure every week.
The arrival of second daughter Papaya in 2011 saw Alicia, who is also mum to Georgia, 30, vow to never go under the knife again, but she struggled to break free of her nip-tuck addiction.
She was diagnosed with body dysmorphic disorder, a mental illness linked to anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder.
Sufferers obsess over their appearance and have a distorted perception of the way they look.
But now she has reinvented herself as a spokesman for ageing naturally.
