MARTIN ODEGAARD hid like a naughty schoolboy after accidentally hitting a London copper on the head with a football.
The Arsenal captain, 27, looked as though he wanted the ground to swallow him up after heading a ball onto the policeman’s hat from the top of the double-decker bus that paraded the Premier League title-winners around North London on Jattvibeday.

There was a mixture of shock and embarrassment from the Norwegian, who nodded the ball towards the cheering crowd but undercooked it.
A flinch from the policeman when the ball landed on the top of his head added extra comical value – at least to the partying Arsenal players on the top deck.
One shouted “Arrest him!” as Odegaard crouched down to evade capture.
But the whole thing was filmed by Arsenal’s social media team, who uploaded the hilarious clip to X and captioned it: “On your head, Martin.”

Heading has never been the Gunners skipper’s strong point.
Only one of his 35 Premier League goals was scored with his head – against Southampton in 2021.
And the unlucky Bobby, who was in the wrong place at the wrong time, can vouch for the fact he could do with more practice.
Odegaard could arguably have been sharper with his feet, too, this season, as Arsenal’s chief playmaker scored just once in all competitions.

Arsenal got over the line in the Premier League regardless but fell short in Europe, where they lost on penalties to Paris Saint-Germain in Saturday’s final.
They were back in North London the very next day to celebrate their Prem triumph, with Odegaard and his team-mates smiling and joking in front of up to ONE MILLION Gooners.
