DRIVERS are being told to plan ahead as major disruptions are expected in the coming days.
Overnight closures of the UK’s busiest motorway will mean that drivers will have to consider taking different routes to get to their destinations.

Stretches of the M25 is expected to be closed overnight for the next several days, meaning multiple routes will be inaccessible.
The routes are being closed for routine maintenance works until Thursday.
On each day the closure will be in effect from 10pm until 5.30am the following day.
On Monday, the M25 anti-clockwise will be shut between Junction 17 and Junction 16, affecting both the main carriageway and link roads.

Between Junction 11 and Junction 10, the anti-clockwise carriageway and slip roads will also be closed.
In the clockwise direction, the stretch between Junction 23 and Junction 25 will be fully closed, including its slip roads.
The same will apply to the segment between Junction 8 and Junction 9.
As well as this, the anti-clockwise section between Junction 27 and Junction 25 will be closed.
The anti-clockwise entry slip road at Junction 3 will also be shut.
For the clockwise direction at Junction 28, the carriageway will be closed between the entry and exit slips.
On Tuesday, all the same closures are set to happen, with the anti-clockwise exit slip road at Junction 2 also being closed.
On Wednesday, all the same closures are in effect except the segment between Junction 8 and Junction 9 will be shut only in the clockwise direction.
On Thursday, all the same closures are in effect except the anti-clockwise exit slip road at Junction 4 will also be shut and the segment between Junction 8 and Junction 9 will be shut only in the clockwise direction.

Junction 11 and Junction 10, the anti-clockwise carriageway and slip road closure.
Clockwise Junction 23 and Junction 25 will face full closure and slip road closure.
Clockwise Junction 8 and Junction 9 closure.
Anti-clockwise entry slip road at Junction 3 closure.
Clockwise Junction 28 closed between entry and exit slips.
Anti-clockwise Junction 2 exit slip road closure.
