Elsewhere, Coronation Street has confirmed its sixth death this year – with a character killed off for good.
Guest character Celeste – played by Frances Barber – is to die after being diagnosed with terminal cancer.
The colourful newcomer recently told funeral director Todd Grimshaw about her illness as she planned her own Dolly Parton-themed send-off.
In a heartbreaking coincidence, Dolly Parton herself passed away on August 25, aged 80.
