JUNADE Khan has shared a glowing post online about his daughter landing a role in a Hollywood film.
The Coronation Street actor took to Instagram to share two sweet snaps with his daughter Alara-Star, 9, and his wife Gem standing in front of a board showing the name of the film: The Dog Stars.

Junade dressed up in a smart black suit paired with a navy button down shirt.
Meanwhile Gem wore a black dress with a white hem, and Alara-Star wore a pretty blue dress that fell below the knee.

The Dog Stars film is an adaptation of a 2021 book written by Peter Heller which is set after a flu has destroyed most of humanity.
The surviving characters, including a former civilian pilot, his dog, and an ex-marine, still cling onto hope that better days might be ahead.

Junade praised his little girl and his wife in a sweet post.
It read: “My girls. So proud, moments like these make all the self tapes and auditions totally worth it.
“Never give up, or lose hope, keep trusting. You never know what door god will open in your life.”
