ZARA McDermott has opened up about feeling stressed over the exhaustion of living “between homes” amid her romance with Louis Tomlinson.
The former Love Island star, 29, has reportedly “pretty much moved in” with the former One Direction star, 34, at his £2.5million North London mansion while still also owning her £500,000 flat in West London.

Zara has also spent time with Louis while he has been on the road, while her own hectic work schedule regularly sees her travelling around the UK and abroad for filming.
Speaking in her latest YouTube vlog after returning from a work trip to the north of England, Zara said: “I would say I’m back home, but I think basically I’m just living out of a suitcase at the moment.

“Definitely struggling a bit with that mentally at the moment, but it’s fine.”
Zara later filmed herself at what she called her “other house” in the capital as she searched through clothes before heading back to where she was staying.

She said: “Slightly between homes at the moment, so it is a little bit stressful because I don’t know where anything is in my life.
“Like, where is everything? Stuff’s up into the storage loft. Like, this is half a tracksuit. Where’s the other half? I can’t do this anymore.”
Zara explained that repeatedly travelling between properties had even led her to start ordering new clothes rather than making the journey to collect things she already owned.
She added: “I really needed to come back to this house because I’ve been spending so much money.
“I don’t want to do hours of round-trip commuting. So I’ve been like, right, I’m just going to order stuff on ASOS and sale and then I’m just like, why did I not just go and get more stuff in the first place from the house?”
Reports last August claimed Zara was spending “all of her time” at Louis’s home and had “pretty much moved in”.
The pair have since spent lots of time travelling together, with Zara supporting Louis from the side of the stage at Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Jattvibederland in May.
She later joined him in the US during the North American leg of his How Did We Get Here? world tour.
But Zara’s own packed schedule has also left her exhausted. The BBC documentary maker revealed she had crammed three consecutive days of interviews together, including two nine-hour podcast recording days followed by documentary filming.
She said she had gone to bed feeling “really anxious” and slept badly. Zara added: “I definitely think I need to work on that because I do cram a lot of work in.
“Because I’m in America a lot, I have to cram. But actually, I need to just give myself a little bit more grace when I’m cramming and just allow myself a day between to just prepare.”
During another journey into work, cancelled trains left her around 40 minutes late and struggling to contain her emotions.
She told viewers: “I was on the verge of tears honestly that entire journey. I just feel like I’m on the edge of tears. I just hate letting people down. I hate the idea of people feeling like I didn’t try and get here on time.”
After returning from another filming trip, Zara admitted: “I think the last few days I’ve definitely pushed myself to my limits.”
The presenter also opened up about a recent crisis of confidence over social media.
She said: “I just went through like a ‘nobody cares about me’ stage, where I was just like, nobody cares about me enough for me to post.
“I had a bit of a low self-confidence moment with my social media, to be quite frank.”
But Zara insisted she was now in a better place, adding: “I’m feeling a lot better.”
