AMANDA STAVELEY reportedly offered to buy David Sullivan’s West Ham stake – and become the majority shareholder.
The former Newcastle co-owner’s firm PCP has the backing of US and Far East-based investors.

And she is keen to spearhead a bid to take control of West Ham following their relegation to the Championship.
As reported by The Football Boardroom, Staveley approached Sullivan to buy out his 38.8 per cent stake in the Hammers for around £228million.

She also approached the Gold family over purchasing their 25.1 per cent at a price of £150m.
Together, that would total 63.9 per cent of the club for £378m.
Should PCP’s bid prove successful, they would become the majority owners of West Ham.
However, Daniel Kretinsky owns 27 per cent through 1890 Holdings and the WHU LLC holds the remaining eight per cent, led by J Albert Smith.
Staveley’s offers would value the entire 100 per cent stake of West Ham at just shy of £600m.
