Four persons were arrested today for allegedly stealing jewellery from the house of businessman Bhushan Kumar in Bharat Nagar on Wednesday night, when his family had gone to attend a wedding.The police recovered around 2.4 kg of gold jewellery and 3 kg of silver ornaments from their possession.The accused have been identified as Daljit Singh of Maur Kalan and Jaswinder Singh, Kuldeep Singh and Manish Bansal of Maur Mandi in Bathinda.The police said Jaswinder, a friend of the complainant, had shared information about the house with the others.
