He allegedly stabbed the woman to death in cold blood, in the middle of a park in Figueres, a small town in Girona, Spain.
The suspected killer appears not to have a care in the world as he wanders over to a public fountain in broad daylight.
There, he seems to calmly clean the blood of his ex-girlfriend off his hands and arms.
A witness to the alleged murder can be heard shouting “I don’t know who he is but he’s escaping”, as Roche Ceron washes off the blood.

Moments later a group of angry locals, including an off-duty police officer, confronts the accused killer.
They can be seen kicking at the man, who fights back, shirtless, in a children’s play area.
The group managed to pin the alleged killer down, and he was arrested soon after.
Kimberli’s death in the streets of Figueres came just one day after her ex Roche Ceron had been given a restraining order mandating that he stay away from her.
Domestic abuse – how to get help
DOMESTIC abuse can affect anyone – including men – and does not always involve physical violence.
Here are some signs that you could be in an abusive relationship:
Emotional abuse – Including being belittled, blamed for the abuse – gaslighting – being isolated from family and friends, having no control over your finances, what you where and who you speak to
Threats and intimidation – Some partners might threaten to kill or hurt you, destroy your belongings, stalk or harass you
Physical abuse – This can range from slapping or hitting to being shoved over, choked or bitten.
Sexual abuse – Being touched in a way you do not want to be touched, hurt during sex, pressured into sex or forced to have sex when you do not consent.
If any of the above apply to you or a friend, you can call these numbers:

He was given the restraining order on Monday for mistreating Kimberli, but broke the order mere hours after it was made.
Roche Ceron was arrested for breaking the order, yet on Tuesday morning, just hours before his ex-girlfriend’s death he was released on bail.
Six hours later, Kimberli was stabbed to death in the street.
Local reports said he tracked Kimberli down to Josep Tarradellas Square where he allegedly stabbed her several times with a knife he was carrying.
Emergency responders could do nothing to save her and she was pronounced dead at the scene.
The court decision to release Roche Ceron after he breached his restraining order has angered local authorities.
Figueres mayor Jordi Masquef said “something has surely failed”.
He added: “I wish we did not have to learn from situations like this because we should not have to mourn the loss of a human life.

“From the Town Council we can only condemn this sexist crime and, above all, as mayor, what I must do is offer condolences to the family and try to ensure that incidents like this, episodes like this, scourges like sexist violence are never repeated again either in our town or anywhere else.”
The High Court of Justice of Catalonia said in a statement: “On May 18 a fast-track trial was held in courtroom seven of the Investigative Section of the Figueres First Instance Court which has jurisdiction over violence against women.
“There, the alleged perpetrator of Tuesday’s stabbing admitted a crime of mistreatment as part of a plea bargain deal.
“He accepted a six-month suspended prison sentence and a restraining order prohibiting him from going within 250 meters of the victim or communicating with her for one year and four months.
“This person was arrested hours later following police intervention on a public street for allegedly causing injuries to the same victim, his ex-partner, who was summoned to appear on Tuesday for a forensic examination and to testify before the duty judge in courtroom five of the Investigative Section of the Figueres Court of First Instance.
“The victim did not appear for the forensic appointment to assess her alleged injuries, and her testimony could not be obtained.
“It was then decided to release the suspect, while transferring the matter to courtroom seven after noting the previous plea bargain deal and the measures it included.
“Hours later, authorities were informed of the assault on the victim in the street by the same perpetrator.
“The judge presiding over courtroom five went to oversee the removal of the victim’s body. Once this procedure was carried out, the case was transferred to courtroom seven as it was a case of violence against women.”
It was not immediately clear today whether Kimberli had failed to appear in court hours before she was killed out of fear of her ex-partner or for other reasons.
Court sources insisted they needed her testimony to keep her ex in custody.
