In an era of dramatic celeb transformations, the sizzling Coronation Street actress, 35, appears to have focused instead on a “slow-up” approach to beauty.

The soap star – mum to Matilda, 10, and Delilah, seven, and five-year-old son Charlie – has opted to undergo a series of subtle tweakments over the years to curate her polished look.
While each change may have only been noticed by eagle-eyed fans, Helen looks noticeably different to how she did at the start of her showbiz career.
And, according to consultant plastic surgeon Paul Tulley, Helen’s work likely hasn’t been cheap, coming in at an eye-watering total of £10,800.

As Helen’s life has evolved since starring as Weatherfield’s feisty Rosie Webster in 2000, so has her look.
Following her departure from the Corrie cobbles in 2012, Helen focused on her modelling career when she was 21.
The title of FHM’s Sexiest British Female followed in 2013, along with rumours of her undergoing a nose job.
Although she has never confirmed this, a source told The Jattvibe on Jattvibeday at the time: “She was bullied throughout her school days about the size of her nose and it really affected her badly.

“She finally plucked up the courage and flew out to a foreign clinic at the start of last month.
“She was absolutely terrified before the op and there were points when she thought about pulling out.”
BOTOX BANDWAGON
Helen – currently single after parting ways from long-term fiancé Scott Sinclair in 2022 after 13 years together – became a mum in 2015 after welcoming Matilda.
The former couple had Delilah, born in 2018, and Charlie, born in 2021, and Helen opened up about her body’s changes after having her second daughter.
Following her 29th birthday in 2019, Helen revealed that she had tried Botox after wanting to feel “more glamorous” after Delilah’s birth.
She confessed: “I felt super tired from having Delilah and I wanted to feel fresher and more confident in myself.
“I would take pictures on my phone with the kids and would be shocked how much older I looked where in my head I still feel like I’m 20.

“I’m so happy with my Botox and if you’re like me and still want to look 23, then it’s a good idea.”
Speaking of the procedure, she later said: “When it comes to aesthetics, Botox, obviously I don’t think you should be doing anything when you’re too young, but I’m 32, so obviously I have Botox and that’s my choice.
“I support women in whatever decisions they choose to make. I thought about this for a long time before going ahead with it.”
According to Paul, these injections can add up, with facial Botox costing “£450-500/session with an experienced practitioner”.
LIP SERVICE

In the past, Helen denied having fillers to enhance her pout, but in 2024, she admitted to taking the plunge.
Helen said: “I’ve actually got really big lips but I’ve had filler in my top lip. My bottom lip is naturally really full, my top lip was noticeably much smaller so I’ve had some filler in it.
“When it comes to aesthetics, Botox, obviously I don’t think you should be doing anything when you’re too young, but I’m 32, so obviously I have Botox and that’s my choice.

BOOB BOOST

Following her high profile split from Scott, Helen was forced out of her £1million family home as they never married and the house near Bolton is solely in his name.
Since they parted ways, Helen has had breast augmentation to boost both her bust and her self-confidence, after breastfeeding her three little ones left her breasts feeling “saggy”.
She wrote: “I was quite open here on Instagram in January about my recent boob job.
“This was something I wanted to do for a really long time and by doing so I’ve really got my confidence back.

“I breastfed in total for three years. Matilda I fed for eight months. Delilah I fed for 13 months. Charlie I fed for 14 months.
“As soon as I finished my breastfeeding journey with Charlie I wanted to get them done pretty much straight away.
“I felt like you could tie them in a bow.
“I had to wait though for six months after feeding and then I went for it in January. I don’t regret one second of my breastfeeding journeys they were precious times.
“I was a little bit nervous I was worried they were going to be too big for my frame but they are so perfect for me and so in proportion.
“I went with @pallmallcosmetics and couldn’t be happier with my results I love them I keep showing all my girlfriends.
“I am all for body confidence and I am all for empowering other women and supporting other women in their decisions that they decide to make.”
Despite her new boobs, Helen says she “wants to stay single” after her recent split from former footballer Robbie Talbot.

Late last year, the Corrie star shocked fans by revealing her bruised and bloodied face after splashing out on a fresh cosmetic tweakment.
Even though the jab left her looking worse for wear after having polynucleotides, the former Coronation Street starlet insisted it was all part of the healing process.
Polynucleotides are a type of injectable for under your eyes, and are billed as the latest beauty must-have.
The pricey procedure promises to rejuvenate skin, smooth fine lines, and give celebs a youthful glow.
Other celebrities in the showbiz world have shared that they have also tried the procedure, such as Dani Dyer, Kim and Khloé Kardashian, Jennifer Aniston and Charli XCX.
