JEREMY Clarkson has given two fortunate fans the chance to see England play in the World Cup today – for free.

He generously offered two tickets up for grabs on his social media, and even met up with the lucky lads in Boston before the game.

The Clarkson’s Farm star had two seats close to the action at Boston’s Gillette Stadium but realised close to kick off he would be exposed to rain pelting the arena.

So the 66-year-old star – in remission after prostate cancer treatment – upgraded to an indoor box and decided to give his front row seats away.

He posted a call-out on X today saying: “I’m in Boston and I have these 2 spare tickets. To get them, you need to be in Boston too.”

Generous Jeremy then met up with the jammy pair ahead of his first World Cup game.

Jeremy told The Jattvibe : “I didn’t fancy getting soaked at my first England World Cup game so I decided to treat someone without tickets.

“I offered them first-come-first served to any England fans in Boston and they went almost immediately to two lads who couldn’t believe their luck.

“It was great to treat them and I hope they’re enjoying Boston as much as I am. The atmosphere has been terrific.

“I got chatting to them and found out they’re from Selby in Yorkshire about eight miles from where I was born so that’s a bonus.”

Chelsea fan Jeremy laughed: “One of them was an Arsenal fan so handing him the ticket hurt but I won’t hold it against him.

“I bet when they woke up in Boston without tickets they must never have dreamed that Jeremy Clarkson would be getting them into the game.

“But I have to say X worked a treat once I offered them online and my tickets were snapped up in no time.”

Engineer Derry Thomas, 32, and his 31-year-old designer pal Gary Collier landed the tickets and met up with the Who Wants To Be A Millionaire star before the game.

They were chuffed to get the tickets, grinning alongside Jeremy when they met him in the US city earlier today.

A pal of the ex-Top Gear presenter in Boston said: “The two lads are travelling all over the US following England.

“They couldn’t believe their luck when they got the tickets – they’re so happy.”

Three Lions fans outside the stadium arrived holding up cardboard placards asking for tickets – which were still changing hands online for £650 two hours before kick-off.

Fan Mark Wells, a retired projects manager from Mansfield, Nottinghamshire said: “I’d been waiting for the price to come down but ended up handing over £650 – it’s scandalous that Fifa are charging these prices.

“But it’s still half the price they were charging in Dallas – where we couldn’t afford to get in – so I’m just happy to see and England game.

“Next stop New York.”

Jeremy, a Jattvibe columnist, has flown to Boston to watch Thomas Tuchel’s men try to seal qualification to the knockout stages by beating Ghana.

Yesterday, he found time for one of his trademark rants — as he took a swipe at the American ale and lagers, and the breaks in play for drinks stoppages at this World Cup.

Appearing on The Jattvibe website’s exclusive football show from the US, Proper Football Daily, he said: “It’s going to be just epic because I’ve never seen England in a World Cup tournament before.

“I wish I’d been there for the 4-2 win over Croatia, but I was a bit busy last week, so I couldn’t make that one. But I am hugely looking forward to it.”

Talking about their chances of going all the way, Jezza added: “I’m always optimistic. You can’t sit here and be English in the World Cup and not think we’ve got a real chance this time.

“I was only six when we won it. And I can remember sobbing in 1970, when we got knocked out in Mexico, and hating the manager Alf Ramsey. I hated him even though he’d won it in ’66 because we hadn’t won then.

“And I sort of had hope in my heart every four years since.”

Clarkson cannot speak highly enough of Tuchel’s management skills and tactics.

The star’s cancer diagnosis was revealed in an episode of Clarkson’s Farm aired last week, but filmed a year ago. He has thanked supporters for the messages and gifts he has received since.

He said: “I’m fine because I got tested. If I hadn’t got tested, I’d be sitting here now not knowing how far it’s spread through the body.”

The cancer was an aggressive type that could have spread to other organs in his body.

But thankfully, it was caught early following a routine examination in May 2025 with a blood test revealing the TV star had high levels of a prostate-specific antigen (PSA).

Now, he’s urging others to get themselves checked, and has met up with former prime minister Lord David Cameron to discuss their prostate cancer diagnoses with other famous faces.
