KEMI Badenoch has slammed Labour as the ballooning welfare bill is no longer covered by income tax revenue.
The Tory leader slammed Ministers as spending on social security for this year is forecast to spend an eye-watering £333 billion.

Her attack comes just days ahead of the local elections where Labour are set for devastating results across England, Wales and Scotland.
Ms Badenoch said: “Welfare was designed to be a safety net – a system that helps people when they fall on hard times, while always encouraging them to get back on their feet.
“But that balance has been lost.
“For the first time in history, Britain is now spending more on welfare than it raises in income tax.
“The rider has become heavier than the horse.”
The Budget watchdog estimate the take from income tax will be £329 billion for the current financial year.
She also criticised Chancellor Rachel Reeves for imposing a slew of taxes that make hiring too expensive.
Companies have hit out at hikes in the national minimum wage which has made it harder particularly to take on younger people.
She pointed to nearly one million young people not in education, employment or training.
Ex-Labour Cabinet Minister Alan Milburn is currently carrying out a review into youth inactivity.
