And he has struck up an unlikely friendship with Love Island: All Stars finalist Yamen Sanders.
As they both attended the Miami Grand Prix this weekend, Yamen and Ja Rule danced together for a fun video.
They were joined by influencer Tim Demirjian, who posted the clip and captioned: “The man himself”.
As Yamen brushes shoulders with the A-list, it is fresh off the back of his villa stint in South Africa, where he met girlfriend Whitney Adebayo.

And showing she approves of his post-villa friendships, Whitney took to the comment section of the video.
“Memory lane activated,” wrote Whitney under the clip of Yamen, Tim and Ja Rule, whose real name is Jeffrey Bruce Atkins.
Whilst Whitney found love with US native Yamen on Love Island All Stars and had a smooth sailing ride with him, she also had her fair share of friendship drama inside and after the villa.
Since wrapping up the show, she has fallen out with former best pal Scott Van Der Sluis, his girlfriend Leanne Amaning and show alum Indiyah Polack.
Despite unfollowing all three and previously confirming she is “not cool” with Indiyah, who she clashed with on Love Island’s spin-off, Aftersun, Whitney seemingly made a U-turn on her feuds last week.
In a chat with podcast host Will Njobvu at ITV’s showcase event, the star insisted she “didn’t have beef” with anyone.
Love Islander Whitney said: “You know what, I feel nothing.
“Because I have family and friends in my life who love me. Social media is just social media.”
Will followed up by referencing online chatter suggesting she’s “beefing all the girls” and asked what was really going on.
Whitney dismissed the idea, replying: “Who am I beefing though?
“Tupac and Biggie was beef. I’d be calling the popo [police]. I’m not even a fighter.
“You don’t know what beef is. Nicki and Cardi B, that’s what you call beef.”
Pressed further on whether there’s any tension with the other girls, she added: “What girls? What actual girls? I’m not beefing no one.”
