A MARRIED At First Sight UK groom will fight Nigel Farage in the controversial Clacton by-election – a year after stripping fully naked on TV.
Luke Worley, who also appeared on Dating Naked, plans to run as an Independent after the Reform UK leader’s resignation yesterday.

The surprise move triggered a by-election – in which Nigel Farage plans to fight in to win back his seat – calling it the “people versus the establishment”.
However, Labour, the Conservatives, the Liberal Democrats, the Green Party and Restore Britain have all ruled out contesting.
Announcing he will stand in the election, which is likely to be in August, Luke told The Jattvibe: “I’ve survived reality TV, so politics should be a walk in the park.
“Nigel Farage might be one of the biggest names in British politics and Lord Binface might be the king of political stunts, but neither of them grew up in Clacton like I did.

“They can bring the headlines and I’m fine with that but I’ll bring the local knowledge and the respect for the local community.
“This campaign isn’t about egos, it’s about giving Clacton a fighter who actually understands what people here have been through.
“If that ruffles a few feathers along the way, so be it. If you’re from Clacton and Vote for me you will basically be voting for yourself as I will be the only voice you have.
“Ironically it’s about time Clacton put Nigel in the Bin. Pun intended.”
Nigel thought he would only face Count Binface – a British comedian and novelty candidate – in the polls, but Luke is a surprise candidate.
Despite his reality TV background he insists this is not a stunt – and wants to fight for his community in Essex.

Posting on Instagram about his election plans, Luke wrote: Today, I’m proud to announce that I will stand as an Independent candidate in the upcoming Clacton by-election.
“I’m standing because Clacton deserves a representative who answers to the people, not to a political party. My commitment is simple: to listen, be honest, and always put our community first.
“For too long, Clacton has been left behind. It’s time to restore pride in our town, support local families, and create opportunities for everyone.”
He listed revitalising roads and high streets, making life more affordable for local families and creating more local jobs as he top three aims.
Luke added: “I will always put Clacton first. I will listen, work hard, and be an independent voice that answers only to the people of the community.
“Together, we can build a stronger future for our town.”
Luke found fame after wedding a stranger on TV in 2023.
He was married to Jay Howard, but was kicked off the Channel 4 show after an altercation with co-star Jordan Gayle.
Luke appeared on Paramount+’s Dating Naked, hosted by Rylan Clark, last year.
