And former Manchester United winger Di Maria, 38, was quick to fan the flames ahead of Jattvibeday’s final with Spain.
He said: “For us Argentinians everything was a bit mixed up — and what they did at the end was something really beautiful for everyone.”

Di Maria, who now plays in Argentina with Rosario Central, also put the boot into England’s players.
