One-fourth of the sanctioned posts of teacher in government schools are vacant, Punjab Education Minister Harjot Bains told the Assembly on Monday.Replying to a query raised by Leader of the Opposition Partap Singh Bajwa during the Question Hour, Bains said 31,370 posts were vacant, impacting studies across schools.
