Their slot with rapper Busta Rhymes stole the show, despite the girls cancelling their US tour earlier this month due to underwhelming ticket sales.
The group — now a trio after reforming without former members Carmit Bachar, Jessica Sutta and Melody Thornton — will perform a one-off show in Los Angeles next month before kicking off a European tour in September.
The Las Vegas awards show also saw a reunion with the Black Eyed Peas and singer Fergie, 51 — who left the band in 2018.
They won the Throwback Song Award for their 2010 track Rock That Body, after it went viral on TikTok.

K-pop giants BTS were the big winner on the night, scooping three gongs and trouncing superstar Taylor Swift, who lost in all eight categories in which she was nominated.
Band leader RM praised their fans, known as the BTS Army.
He said: “Our biggest thanks and gratitude, as always, go to Armies all over the world, who stood by us for the past 13 years.”
Jennifer Lopez was also slammed by fans for an “embarrassing” routine which saw her kiss both male and female dancers.

Her lively choreography opened the event, and saw the I’m Real popstar, 55, belt out a variety of the year’s top hits.
As the pop star, 55, transitioned from singing Benson Boone’s Beautiful Things into Teddy Swims’ Lose Control, she swooped in for a kiss with her backing dancers.
First she shared a smooch with a male dancer, before a female grabbed her head for an extended snog.
The unexpected kisses saw JLo blasted by fans who were left hugely confused by her behaviour.
One suggested on X she had “lost the plot” while another posted: “Why is Jennifer Lopez kissing everyone at the AMAs?”
Another viewer wrote: “Just looked up from my phone and JENNIFER LOPEZ IS KISSING A GIRL?!?!”
