VLADIMIR Putin has launched a huge drone strike on a Ukrainian ammo dump, sparking a huge fireball and killing several.
The blast rocked Mila on the outskirts of Kyiv, where hundreds of residents were evacuated from their homes.

Officials confirmed fatalities from the attack, but the exact number of dead is not yet known.
The drone smashed into the depot, igniting the explosives stored there.

Kyiv regional military administration chief Timur Tkachenko called it an “irreparable loss”.
He said: “Unfortunately, there are fatalities as a result of the enemy attack…
“I express my sincere condolences to the families and loved ones of those killed.”

Putin was pounding Kyiv for the third day in a row with intense attacks.
Fire from the ammo dump spread to residential areas, destroying one home and damaging seven others.
A care home, fire engine, five other houses and a restaurant were also damaged by the huge blaze.
The inferno was still raging 12 hours after the strike, shutting the motorway as firefighters, police and bomb-disposal specialists battled the blaze.
Ukrainian Prime Minister Serhiy Koretsky asked why explosive materials had been stored close to homes.
He said: “Making the same mistakes in the fifth year of the full-scale invasion is criminal negligence.
“Everyone responsible, without exception, must face severe punishment.”
Ukraine launched its own strikes overnight on Russia’s Rostov region.
They blasted a warehouse belonging to retail giant DNS and as well as hitting Amazon-equivalent online marketplace Ozon.

The DNS depot erupted into flames with local residents reporting dozens of explosions.
A shipbuilding plant was also hit in the overnight onslaught. Ukrainian strikes have destroyed the Russian region’s ports, preventing exports that could help fund Mad Vlad’s war.
In Russian-occupied Kherson, Ukrainian power plant strikes led to a widespread blackout.
It comes as a Brit “traitor” who has joined up to fight for Putin against Ukraine is being lauded by Moscow.
Michael Lee Gareth Jones, 40, is training as a drone pilot with Russia’s 61st Marine Brigade.
He was lauded on Russian TV just days after fisherman Bradley Townsend, 33, was confirmed as the first British mercenary to be killed fighting for Russia.
And a Russian commander has been killed in a suspected car bombing with his wife left fighting for her life.
