A TORTURER of Ukrainian prisoners of war has been blown up in a suspected car bomb attack.

Dmitry Neyelov, deputy of the Olenivka camp in occupied Donetsk, is said to have tortured, beat and humiliated captured troops and civilians.

Reports suggested a bomb planted under the car exploded as Neyelov, 44, was getting into it.

Russian-led authorities have not disclosed the prison beast’s condition.

Two Ukrainian security service sources corroborated the car bombing.

In December 2024, the former head of Olenivka prison camp, Sergei Yevsyukov, 49, was killed in a car bombing in Donetsk.

He had faced a Ukrainian charge of mass murder over a 2022 explosion at Olenivka torture jail when at least 53 Ukrainian POWs were killed and 73 wounded.

Yevsyukov was also accused by the Ukrainian SBU intelligence service of involvement in the torture of more than 100 POWs.

Ukrainian agent have mounted sophisticated sabotage campaigns targeting Putin’s commanders, launching bomb and booby trap attacks in both Russian and occupied Ukraine.
