SIR Keir Starmer vowed to keep “far-right agitators” out of Britain ahead of a major Tommy Robinson march in London this weekend.

More than 100,000 protesters are expected at the Unite the Kingdom rally in central London, with Scotland Yard preparing a huge police operation.

The PM warned the event was “designed to confront and intimidate this diverse country”.

And he signalled ministers are ready to block even more overseas speakers from entering Britain before Saturday’s demonstration.

Sir Keir said: “We will not allow people to come to the UK, threaten our communities and spread hate on our streets.”

It is understood seven people have already been barred from travelling to Britain for the rally under Home Office powers.

Among them is US anti-Islam influencer Valentina Gomez, who was banned after outrage over videos showing her burning a copy of the Koran.

Another right-wing US commentator, Joey Mannarino, also claimed he had been refused entry because his presence was “not conducive to the public good”.

The same justification was previously used to ban rapper Kanye West from entering the UK.

Met Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley previously said he was “concerned” about the scale of the protests, adding his force was “looking hard at what conditions and powers we should use”. The last Unite the Kingdom protest was attended by between 110,000 and 150,000 people.
