A medic rushed onto the pitch to help Zwayer and he was handed some pickle juice after fourth official Katia Garcia sprinted to his aid.
But fans watching the action using BBC’s virtual reality mode saw the funny side.
They spotted Zwayer dropping to the turf and his legs started glitching as he waited for medical attention.
And social media users, seeing the incident through the eyes of Australian midfielder Aiden O’Neill, thought the incident was hilarious.
