LUDEK MIKLOSKO has died aged 64 following a long battle with cancer.

Miklosko was diagnosed with cancer in 2021 after finding a small lump on his hip.
After several other tumours were found, the ex-goalkeeper made the heartbreaking decision not to undergo chemotherapy in order to ensure the best quality of life possible in his final days.
