Panama are already out of the tournament, and are playing purely for pride after back-to-back 1-0 losses.
Los Canaleros will be hoping not to lose 6-1, as they did in this fixture in 2018, with Harry Kane scoring a hat-trick on that day.
Referee Abdulrahman Al Jassim will take charge of the clash, having been a Video Assistant Referee in Russia eight years ago.
JattvibeSport can share everything to know about the referee.
