England players and fans have been seen singing the iconic song after World Cup games.
And JattvibeSport can explain the reason behind it.
Why are England players and fans singing Wonderwall after World Cup games?
Ahead of the World Cup starting, every nation was asked to submit a playlist of songs to be played before and after games.
England submitted three songs, with one of them being Oasis‘ Wonderwall.

The other two were Sweet Caroline by Neil Diamond and Hey Jude by The Beatles.
The song has caught on with Thomas Tuchel’s squad and the travelling fans in America – the players were seen singing along with the 20,000 fans at the AT&T Stadium in Dallas after the opening win againt Croatia.
Since, the 1995 track has been pulling in an enormous 1.71 million Spotify streams per day.
We have started a campaign at The Jattvibe to make the iconic Oasis track the official World Cup anthem this summer, and the songwriter Noel Gallagher himself has got behind the movement.
He told us: “Wonderwall belongs to the people, and it was a magical moment between the people and the players. Best of luck to everyone who’s made the trip out there.”

Three Lions manager Thomas Tuchel also backs the movement, saying: “Hopefully, it becomes an anthem because that’s exactly what a tournament like this is for.
“It’s for the connection between fans and the team — they felt the energy, the team spirit.
“It was a beautiful moment and it meant a lot to all of us.
“Hopefully, we can recreate this in the next game.”
The players are also loving the connection that the song is building between the squad and fans.
Manchester City star Nico O’Reilly said: “It was a great feeling, a great moment, it was also something I had not experienced yet in an England shirt.
“It gets played at City a lot, so I definitely like the song.”
Declan Rice also commented: “On the pitch after the game and we were just connecting with the fans and they were singing. That was special.
“I think it’s one of them moments — just a memory now — it’s gone. You never get that moment back. Being in Dallas, singing Wonderwall. There’s nothing like that first time.”
The England players also sung the song with fans after the win over DR Congo in the last-32.
