A WOMAN who lived with six lovers has been jailed after ordering five of them to torture one of her boyfriends in a twisted plot.
Martina Esqueda, 29, was sentenced to 22 years behind bars after her shocking excuse saw the brutal assault of boyfriend Austyn McClellan in Ohio.

The Toledo woman allegedly ordered her lovers to drag McClellan to a Red Roof Inn in Maumee, where he was beaten with fists and baseball bats, starved and deprived of sleep, the Toledo Blade reported.
Cops said the horror began after a dog fight broke out at the polyamorous home Esqueda shared with husband Michael Esqueda and her five boyfriends.
Esqueda suffered a broken arm while trying to separate the dogs – but instead of telling the truth, police said she falsely accused McClellan of causing the injury.
According to police reports, that lie served as an excuse to trigger the savage revenge attack on the 26-year-old man.

McClellan endured 10 days of torture before finally managing to contact someone during a brief trip to a nearby Speedway on March 21, 2025, Fox 8 Live reported.
That person alerted his mother, who rushed to the Red Roof Inn and called police.
Officials placed the motel under surveillance, later arresting all six suspects before they could flee.
McClellan was rushed to hospital with injuries covering his entire body, including multiple broken bones.

Esqueda was sentenced on Thursday in Lucas County to eight years for first-degree kidnapping and seven years each for two felony assault charges, to run consecutively.
Her husband was handed 16 years for the same charges.
The remaining men received varying prison terms, while David Cessna’s trial is due to begin next week.
Police described Esqueda as the ringleader who gave direct orders during the abuse.
Investigators also discovered she maintained romantic relationships with all five male accomplices and had multiple children with them.
In a victim impact statement read in court, McClellan said: “None of this would have happened had you not been the ringleader or mastermind behind every bad thing that happened to me.”
He added that he was forced to stay in the home and “never did anything to any of them or the animals living in the house.”
McClellan said he still suffers nightmares following the ordeal.
Esqueda later admitted in court: “I should have been a friend when you needed me.”
“Instead of knocking you down when you were already down.”
Her attorney Morgan Isenberg argued the woman had suffered sexual abuse as a child and spent her late teens in foster care.
“She does not understand love, because she has never felt it,” Isenberg said.
“The people who were supposed to love her, supposed to support her, supposed to help her grow, they broke her.”
