Jonas Altberg, known as Basshunter appeared in the seventh series of Celebrity Big Brother in 2010.
However the Swedish star is best known for being a singer and DJ, and rose to fame with his hit song, Now You’re Gone.
Basshunter continues to perform all over the world, and a recent show left the star in tears.
Revealing why he was so emotional backstage, the musician said in a TikTok video: “It’s hard to explain what it takes out of you to deliver like this perfect show.

Continuing, Basshunter said: “It happens like it has happened for me for maybe 10 times in my life. 2,000 shows, 10 times.
“I’ve had such a strong connection with the crowd and I’m like you’re so far away.
“I have to get close. I want to be with you. I want to be.

“I actually want to jump the fence. I want to be with you raving.”
Starting to cry he told fans: “I want to give you my microphone sing with me.”
The star then added in the comments: “It’s my 20th year on stage entering you while having the time of my life.
“So this year I’ve decided no filter. This is me raw I love you all so much!”
Fans rushed to comment on the video posted on the DJ’s TikTok handle.
One said: “I’m hoping you’re OK dude. You’ve been part of memories for so many of us for decades now.”
Another added: “You really are a true legend!”
A third said: “I’ve loved your music since I was old enough to even appreciate music, even now I play your music everyday and it’s a beautiful connection to have with an artist and the fans.”
While a fourth commented: “Basshunter is a legend.”
Meanwhile, during his time in the Big Brother house in 2010, Basshunter certainly caused a stir.
The star enjoyed a romance with fellow housemate, Katia Ivanova, who at the time was famous for being Rolling Stones legend Ronnie Wood‘s much younger ex-girlfriend.
But after Basshunter came fourth in the show, she dumped him not long after.
These days the star focuses on his music and touring around the world.
