The reality TV star, best known for his lothario ways, has revealed he opted to undergo a cosmetic procedure on his penis in a bid to make some improvements.

Harry, 29, admitted in a new podcast interview that he had undergone PRP injections for a penile enhancement.
Whilst often used to treat erectile dysfunction, many users often claim to see enhancements in sizing and improved sensitivity for sexual satisfaction.

In the interview, Harry admitted he knew a number of people who had undergone the procedure and so decided to try it out for himself.

“They pull your blood out – my friend did it and he was like, ‘it’s great’.
“They pull the white blood cells out and then they just whack it back in your d***.
“Then you can get Botox in it which loosens the muscle which helps it get more shape.”
When asked what the “white blood cells do”, Harry coyly admitted: “I don’t actually know.”
Harry then told how he had six needles in his penis as part of his cosmetic treatment.
He admitted that whilst the procedure did hurt, he revealed that his doctor had “the nicest hands ever”.
Australian-born Harry has carved out a succesful television and social media career.
In 2018, he first found fame when he won the New Zealand dating show Heartbreak Island.
Three years later, he achieved global fame by appearing on the first series of Netflix smash hit, Too Hot To Handle.
Afterwards, he appeared in MTV‘s Catch Me If You Can as well as The Floor Is Lava.
He continued his reality TV career by appearing on The Celebrity Amazing Race in Australia in 2023 followed by a stint on the USA version of Dancing with the Stars.
In 2024, he took part in Netflix dating show, Perfect Match, before landing his own dating show, Let’s Marry Harry, which is expected to air later this year.
