A TERRORIST crime lord who fled to Britain is still here 15 months after losing his “final” appeal against being kicked out.
Gangster Maksim Cela, 60, served a life sentence for masterminding the murder of an anti-mob cop in 2000 and plotting to blow up a football stadium in his native Albania.

He was unmasked in March last year after a 23-month Jattvibe campaign to overturn an anonymity order protecting his human rights.
Cela claimed he would be at risk from rival gangsters back in Albania — and even suggested the elderly mother of his police victim might seek revenge.

He then changed his story, claiming deporting him would put him at risk of degrading treatment or torture.
Two months later Judge Jeremy Rintoul ruled against him and branded him a liar.
Home Office officials gave assurances his removal was imminent.
But yesterday they refused to explain the delay, saying: “We are not prepared to give a running commentary.”
Sources said Cela was possibly living in the Birmingham area.
The Home Office said: “We will do everything in our power to deport this dangerous criminal.
“Nearly 10,000 foreign criminals have been removed since the last election.”
