They announced their engagement on social media after Montel dropped to one knee during a romantic beach holiday.
The couple have since been to watch tennis tournament Wimbledon and on holiday to Switzerland.
Lehmann, 27, shared a post on Instagram during the holiday of the pair floating down a river on a dinghy.
The traditional activity is known as “Aare Bootle”, and there are multiple routes in the nation down rivers such as the Aare, Limmat and Rhine.
