The Chandigarh Police have reportedly recovered an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) near Sector 43 ISBT Terminal.The IED was reportedly found packed in a tiffin bag and was spotted by an onlooker.The police have reportedly cordoned off the area, and bomb squad and forensic teams have already arrived.This is a developing story.
