In July, Cindy, 60, posted a touching birthday message alongside pictures of her cuddling a young Presley.
The message read: “Happy birthday I’m so proud of the man you’ve become, but I’ll always see you as my little boy! Love you.”

Presley was the only son of Cindy and her businessman husband, Rande Gerber, and the older brother of model-actor Kaia Gerber.
Four months earlier Cindy had branded her son a “warrior” as the family rallied around Presley after he discussed undergoing addiction treatment.

In a now-heartbreaking post, he said he had “faced” what he was running from and was “finding” his “way back”.
Cindy commented under the post: “You are a warrior! Walked thru fire to find yourself! So proud!”
Sister Kaia wrote: “That’s my brother I am so damn proud.”
And his dad similarly gushed about his “courage” and “strength”.
Rande wrote: “I’m so proud of you and your courage. Facing what’s hard takes real strength and watching you find your way back to yourself is everything. I love you so much.”
Presley followed his mum’s footsteps and began modelling aged 15 in 2015.
Making his runway debut for Italian label Moschino, Presley went on to model for brands including Burberry, Dolce & Gabbana, and Bottega Veneta.
The Beverly Hills-born model revealed his struggles with addiction in 2024, describing a near-fatal fentanyl overdose.

He later checked into a rehab to undergo treatment.
His Instagram profile, where he documented his battle with mental health, was flooded with tributes on Monday morning.
Presley had been posting “Mental Health Mondays” videos since July 2025, about starting to integrate healthy habits into his life, People reported.
Just last month, his 25-year-old sister Kaia opened up about her brother’s decade-long struggle with substance abuse.
“When something like that happens in a family, it kind of levels everyone,” the model explained in an interview with Vogue.
“We have this absolute teacher, my brother, who says, ‘I’m gonna be very human for everyone.’ There’s only so much you can hide from the world.
“And trying to put a lid on something just makes the person feel like you’re ashamed of them.”
The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner said Presley died at an undisclosed rehab facility. The cause of death was not listed.
“The family is asking for privacy during this very difficult and painful time,” Gerber’s mum, dad, and sister said in a statement.
