It happened as part of a prank at their World Cup training base in Kansas City, Missouri.
Posting on TikTok, the prankster said: “I think it’s going to go pretty well.
“I think they’ll just be signing. For sure Harry Kane – that’s the big tuna that we’re looking for. The big guy.
“Any others are fine but we want Harry Kane to sign it.”

The Declaration of Independence is the document that founded the United States in 1776.
And other England players who apparently put their name to the document were Bukayo Saka, Elliot Anderson, Anthony Gordon and Jordan Henderson.
One fan laughed: “Does this mean they have to play for Team USA now?”
While another said: “This is the greatest troll in the history of trolling.”
