Singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh has given fans a rare look into his off-stage life by opening up about the items he always carries while travelling. Appearing on Vogue’s popular “In The Bag” series, the Punjabi star walked viewers through the contents of his travel bag, revealing a mix of spiritual keepsakes, practical essentials and personal mementoes. At the start of the video, Diljit humorously apologised for his English, asking fans to bear with him as he introduced the belongings that accompany him on his tours. The collection reflected his spiritual beliefs, cultural roots and daily habits.Among the most treasured items in his bag is the Gutka Sahib, a Sikh prayer book that he said has remained with him for many years. He also carries a ‘salai’, a traditional tool used to neatly tie and adjust his turban.Another sentimental possession is a Rudraksh necklace decorated with spiritual crystals, which was gifted to him by a fan after two sold-out concerts. Diljit said the necklace has become one of his favourite items and now travels with him everywhere.Speaking about his wellness routine, the singer revealed that he applies a blend of neem oil and mustard oil to his belly button before sleeping. He explained that caring for the navel is important and added that coconut oil or ghee can also be used for the practice.Apart from these personal items, Diljit keeps several travel necessities in his bag, including a laptop containing his music and work-related files, a portable coffee frother, makhana as a healthy snack, earrings gifted by admirers and a medicine box. He shared that the medicines are for gallbladder stones, a condition he was diagnosed with in 2015 and for which he is yet to undergo surgery. The singer also highlighted his eye-catching weekender duffel, revealing that he had purchased it just a couple of days earlier during his tour. The Satoshi Nakamoto-studded luxury bag is priced at around $3,632 (approximately Rs 3.45 lakh). For the video, Diljit sported a cropped jacket from Chanel’s Spring/Summer 2026 collection by designer Mathieu Blazy. He paired it with a white T-shirt, black trousers and his signature orange turban, completing his distinctive look.
