The warts-and-all biopic sees Kate, 52, racking up lines of cocaine and shows the moment she was almost killed in a car crash.
Kate is an executive producer of the film, which is due out on Friday.
It follows her life when she struck up a friendship with Lucian Freud, who painted her naked in 2002.
His artwork took three weeks and sold three years later for £3.5million.

Lucian died in 2011, aged 88. Sir Derek Jacobi, 87, plays him in the film.
At the premiere at London’s Selfridges, Ellie said: “Kate really had time to reflect. It is a coming of age story for her.”
On taking the role of the Croydon-born star, Ellie added: “It was really frightening. I felt like I had a responsibility to do her justice. It was a challenge I was excited about.
“Anything that gives you fear is always a great thing to go and do. I spent a lot of time stewing over the voice, and her laugh particularly is a gateway into her.
“I spent a lot of time with an amazing vocal coach. And movement as well. We were learning her mannerisms and where they come from. All the catwalk stuff was fun.”
Kate lent clothes from her wardrobe for the film, which was shot last year, including the blue gown she wore to her 30th birthday party.

Ellie added: “I am pretty clumsy. I was terrified. I had James Brown, a friend of Kate’s for a long time, who did all the costumes.
“That dress is so precious. It is fashion history.”
Kate, her daughter Lila, 23, and Sir Derek had appeared at a bash for the film in October.
Yesterday we told how Netflix is keen to sign Kate for a docuseries to coincide with the 35th anniversary of her famous 1992 Calvin Klein ads.
A source said: “Many streamers want her on board after seeing how open she has been in Moss & Freud.”
